Our Signature Barre class takes everything you love about Barre and elevates it with intelligent sequencing, expert instruction, and results you can feel from the very first class.
This isn’t your average fitness trend. Barre at The Pilates Barre is grounded in precision, control, and flow, blending elements of Pilates, ballet, and strength conditioning to create a low-impact, high-results workout.

This class builds on our beloved Signature Barre format, and adds intensity with resistance bands, the Pilates Stick, and functional movement to activate, strengthen, and tone every major muscle group.
From deep core engagement to upper body sculpting, lower body burn, and postural control—no muscle is left behind.

When Barre meets Bounce and Dance brings it to life.
Fusion Barre blends our Signature Barre method with the heart-pumping rhythm of dance and the light, energising cardio of Bounce. It’s the perfect mix of tone, lift, and flow—delivering a total-body workout that leaves you sweaty, sculpted, and smiling.

Bounce is not your average cardio class.
This dynamic trampoline-based workout delivers a powerful combination of cardio, core, and coordination, all while being incredibly gentle on your joints.
Set to energising music and inspired by Dance, Pilates, and martial arts, our Rebounder class gives you
the full-body burn of a traditional workout
without the strain.

Exercising on a Rebounder increases oxygen flow, improves mental clarity, and boosts mood—all while sculpting lean muscle and strengthening your deep stabilising systems.
We use professional-grade JumpSport Fitness rebounders that absorb impact and protect your joints—making this class safe, supportive, and incredibly effective for all fitness levels.
