Founded by Skye Simmington, one of Newcastles and the Hunter Region’s leading movement professionals, our studio has been
serving the Newcastle community since 2001—and proudly became the first dedicated Barre studio in the area in 2012.

Founder Skye Simmington is a Master Trainer, Remedial Therapist, Sports Medicine Specialist, and twin Mumma with
over 25 years of experience in the movement industry. Her deep expertise in health science and women’s health
shapes everything we do—ensuring that every exercise has purpose, every class has meaning, and every woman feels seen.
